Lower Fairfield County's online book club

About BookEnds

BookEnds is a drop-in-anytime-you-want online book club for the those of you who love to read, or those of you who at least need a new book recommendation for those long Metro-North trips into the city.

On the blog, staff members of the four newspapers in Hearst’s Connecticut Media Group – Connecticut Post, The News-Times, Stamford Advocate and Greenwich Time — will discuss books they’re reading with each other, with members of the community, and with you. It will be a space for books news and book recommendations. It can also provide a space for you to lament the books you never get around to reading, or catch a quick synopsis so you can pretend you read it at your next cocktail party.

Whether you want to read along with staff selections, weigh in or just read, we hope you enjoy BookEnds.

AmericanLion

For November, I'll be reading American Lion: Andrew Jackson in the White House by Jon Meacham, which won the Pulitzer Prize last year. We'll update our book club selection for December and January shortly.
