New Sidewalks for Byram Park

The curbstones in front of Byram Shore Park are being replaced. The job looks to be about half finished. I was curious why these needed to be replaced at all, especially when there are so many sidewalks in Byram badly in need of repair. I have a call in to DPW to find out, and will post the information when someone gets back to me.
