Commuter Action Group seeks input

|

commuterNearly a year after the derailment and collision of two Metro-North commuter trains that set off what would become one of the railroad’s worst years in terms of safety and performance, the Commuter Action Group is conducting a survey of rail passengers to get their opinions. Among the questions are:
What letter grade would you give Metro-North?

  • Is service getting better or worse?
  • What are the problems you face as a commuter?
  • Have you ever filed a complaint about the trains? Was it answered?
  • Do you feel safe riding Metro-North?

The survey will be conducted over the next month and can be taken once by clicking here.
