I had a block of time this weekend to dedicate to this project (oh, and I had to rip the first seven rows of the lace pattern and start again because I messed up…) and am happy to report that the lace is emerging very nicely. The pattern notes that the stitch marker will “move” after the seven-row repeat. I’m not entirely sure I’m moving it the right way, but the pattern seems to be continuing in the correct fashion and, more importantly, it looks right.
