The scuttlebutt at the Bridgeport PD today is the release of the new sergeants’ promotion list. More than 100 officers took the test, and those who did are busy checking to see how they ranked against their peers. Those in the top 15 to 20, it is believed, stand a good chance of making sergeant before the list expires.
