Bridgeport’s Strategic Enforcement Team officers arrested three men just before 2 a.m. Friday when they caught the men loitering outside the Green Homes Apartments, despite being told to stay away from the public housing complex because none of them live there.
When police saw Marco Antonio Medina, Jr., 34, Tajah McCain, 31, and Ernest R. Lloyd, 55, standing outside Building 5 they split up, with one police cruiser going around the back of the building and the other driving right up to the three men.
When Medina and McCain saw the police officer they ran inside the building – why do they always run? – and were surprised to see the other officers inside waiting for them.
You can probably figure out the rest. The three men were all arrested, one almost got tasered in the process and they got charged not only with trespassing but also with interfering with an officer.
Lloyd also got arrested, but only for trespassing.
Well, not only for that. Police also found drug paraphernalia on the men and charged each with different counts pertaining to police’s findings.
