A Derby Superior Court judge Monday refused to grant an injunction that would have blocked the Milford Board of Education from holding a termination hearing for Superintendent Harvey Polansky.
“To grant this would be showing a lack of respect for elected officials who have taken an oath to perform their duties in the best way they know how,” said Judge Dale Radcliffe, when making the ruling.
Polansky has been suspended with pay since Nov. 15 for allegedly sexually assaulting two female principals. He also faces criminal charges.

I’m sorry, but when did Harvey Polansky EVER do his job to the best of his ability?
He always passed everything off to Mr. Byugi.
