Police have released the names of three suspects arrested in the Monday night shooting of a clerk at a Bridgeport grocery store.
Charged were Vanessa Ortiz, 21, Marisol Malave, 31, and Luis Torres, 25, all of 34 Vine St., Bridgeport. They were charged with felony murder; first-degree robbery; and conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery.
Narote Arun Kamur, a clerk at Norman’s Grocery and Deli on Maplewood Avenue, was shot to death while working at the store Monday night.
All three suspects were being held on $1 million bond.
Kamur is the city’s 13th homicide victim this year, surpassing last year’s total of 12 homicides.
That is so sad how that young man lost his life in the hands of those 3 monsters….Im so sorry that his family has to go through this…
