Ride July 8 for the Literacy Center of Milford

We just received this release from the Literacy Center of Milford:

The Literacy Center of Milford will stage its third Live to Learn Scrabble Motorcycle Ride on Sunday, July 8.

Registration will begin at 9 a.m. at the Orange Ale House and Grille, 517 Boston Post Road, Orange, where there will be a complimentary continental breakfast. Groups will be leaving beginning at 10 a.m.

The 70-mile route will travel through through Bethel, and then back to Orange Ale House and Grille around noon. Ride includes breakfast, lunch, and live entertainment by the Riot Kings and raffle prizes.

The Scrabble Game will consist of gathering letters at registration and upon the return. The rider who gets the most points by forming words will win!

Non-riders can still come and support the Literacy Center for a $10 lunch and the after party at noon!

Riders can register online and pay with a credit card at www.literacycenterofmilford.com/ or bring cash/check/credit the day of the ride. The first 100 riders to register will receive a free pin.

Registration is $25 per rider, $10 per passenger and $10 for lunch only

Helmets are strongly recommended.
