|

MILFORD — There will be a free pasta dinner in two locations in the city on Saturday from 4 to 8 p.m.

The Sandy Relief Pasta Dinner, as city officials are calling it, will be taking place in Fire Station 6 on Melba Street for East Shore residents, and also in Fire Station 8 on Naugatuck Avenue for West Shore residents. The dinner is free to all residents of Milford who suffered during and after Hurricane Sandy.

In addition to the spaghetti and meatball dinner, city officials say that Santa Clause just might make an early appearance.

There will also be a limited number of free coats, coats, hats and blankets, too. Those who want to volunteer for the the event can contact Mark Krom at Msnowtree@aol.com.
