A few weeks ago City Councilman Martin McCarthy, D-130, who has not attended meetings this winter, said his responsibilities opening a new restaurant were consuming his time but he intended to improve his attendance.
McCarthy joined his colleagues at Tuesday’s meeting and was also present for the pre-public hearing on the city’s handling of the recent blizzard.
