According to police, when they arrived at the house, they found a 17-year-old girl being assisted by two others because she was so inebriated that she couldn’t walk. While they waited for an ambulance to arrive for her, police state in their incident report, they located another teen who was “unresponsive” inside the house. Both teens were transported to area hospitals, where they were treated.

Gail Estime, 55, the owner of the house, was issued a summons for permitting the possession of alcohol by a minor. Estime is scheduled to answer the charge on Thursday, Oct. 31, at Superior Court in Bridgeport.
