The same man accused of robbing three Fairfield County banks in the span of a week last month has hit another bank, authorities say, this time in New York state.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation said Tuesday that the man is connected to the robbery of a Chase Bank branch in New Rochelle, N.Y. on Thursday.
“Someone, somewhere, knows something about this individual,” said FBI Assistant Director in Charge George Venizelos. We are asking them to pick up the phone and call the FBI.”
The man is wanted in connection with robberies of a Chase Bank in Greenwich on Sept. 5 and robberies of Bank of America and Chase Bank in Fairfield on Sept. 12.
He is also wanted in connection with the robbery of a People’s United Bank in Greenwich on Aug. 28.
A $2,000 reward is being offered for the Bank of America robbery in Greenwich.
