Pizza delivery driver robbed at gunpoint in East End

|

Police are investigating the armed robbery of a Domino’s driver that was reported Wednesday night in the eastern part of the city.

The driver was reportedly making a delivery to Cowles Street at about 7 p.m. when he was confronted by three males, at least one of whom showed a gun.

Another one of the assailants choked the driver from behind and they took his phone, wallet, car keys and cash before fleeing toward Stratford Avenue. The robbers reportedly did not take his car.

The driver went back to the customer’s house and the customer called the police, who are still investigating.

Isn’t it funny that most crimes are committed by illegal gun owners? And yet all our laws impact only legal gun owners.

Wasn’t Malloy’s new gun laws supposed to prevent this???
