A woman on the run from drug charges in Virginia was arrested Friday morning at her friend’s apartment in Bridgeport.
The U.S. Marshals Service tracked 53-year-old Pamela Riddick to an address on Park Avenue. She answered the door when detectives showed up around 7:40 a.m.
Police in Portsmouth, Va. had contact detectives in Bridgeport asking them to help find Riddick. They had warrants to arrest her on two counts of sale of heroin and one count of distribution of a controlled substance on school property.
The Marshals Service said the charges were filed in 2010, when Riddick allegedly sold heroin at a school.
Riddick was also charged Friday with being a fugitive from justice. Her bond was set at $125,000.
