Malloy to add $10 million to the school security pot


New Haven- Gov. Dannel Malloy today announced his new budget proposal will include $10 million more to help public schools strengthen security.
Already, $21 million of state money has been distributed to more than 600 schools in 111 districts with matching funds from municipalities. Everyone who applied got something.The funds paid for cameras, bullet proof glass and other security efforts post-Sandy Hook.
The new round, Malloy said during a press conference at Wilbur Cross High School, will  be awarded on the merits of the proposal and would also be open to technical schools and Interdistrict magnet schools.

    Where is the money coming from ??? If the Tax Extorted “Private Sector” Working-Class exodus from the State continues, there will only be Public Sector kids and Welfare Kids left in the schools. Who will they tax to mantain all those utopian livlehoods ???
