It is not possible to state specific locations since they are trucks and move on a daily basis. There are a couple that do look for a specific regular spot. Check the linked article or their facebook or website to see their location.

Too bad the specific locations were omitted from many of the mentioned vendors.

You forgot to mention THE BIG GREEN (pizza) TRUCK, out of New Haven. Caterer Doug Coffin runs an amazing fleet of five 1946 green trucks customized with pizza ovens that cover the entire state. The menu is remarkable … you have to try the mashed potato and bacon pizza … to die for!!!

And there’s always Weenie Lynn’s (Danbury; NY-style hot dog push cart)… official hot dog vendor of the Ives Park Summer Concert Series, First Night Danbury, Newtown Labor Day Parade, Newtown Arts Festival, BarlowPalooza, Western CT Militia football home games, 1st Annual Food Truck Festival in North Haven, as well as many other local/state events and private catered events.

The food truck business is awesome… but never forget or underestimate, it is a lot of work for all involved. But the connections and friendships made between food vendors is awesome and inspiring. Kudos to all for a job well done!
