LACROSSE
Fairfield Prep owns the SCC in lacrosse. The Jesuits beat Guilford to claim its fourth consecutive conference title.
A perfect 10. The Newtown girls lacrosse team records a tenth-straight SWC title.
The boys team at Newtown High School drops New Milford, 11-8, to advance to the SWC Division I final.
Pomperaug destroys Notre Dame-Fairfield, 15-3, to advance to the SWC Division II final.
Bethel triumphs over Immaculate to win the girls lacrosse championship in SWC Division II.
The state pairings for the boys and girls lacrosse tournament have been released. First round action begins Wednesday, June 4.
TRACK
Weston and Bunnell come up big at the SWC track & field championships.

FRIDAY’S SCHEDULE
