Sacred Heart University is getting low, low, low, low, low, low, low, low.

Club banger maker Flo Rida is rolling into SHU’s William H. Pitt Center for a performance on Friday, March 22 at 8 p.m.

Hailing from Miami, Flo Rida began popping up on several high-profile mixtapes in 2006, including DJ Khaled’s “We The Best.” He signed to Atlantic/Poe Boy the same year and released his debut album, “Mail on Sunday,” in 2008. The lead single, “Low” (featuring T-Pain), catapulted Flo Rida to the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

He followed up his debut with 2009’s “R.O.O.T.S. (Route of Overcoming the Struggle); 2010’s “Only 1 Flo, Pt. 1″; and 2012’s “Wild Ones,” which featured the Avicci-produced club smash, “Good Feeling.”
