You may have spotted him on the season premier of “Saturday Night Live,” playing the part of veteran New Yawk comic Bruce Chandling on the show’s Weekend Update segment.

But prior to his ‘SNL’ debut, incoming cast member Kyle Mooney took time out to star in the heady new video for The Stepkids’ latest single, “Moving Pictures.”

The Henry Demaio-directed clip finds the Bridgeport band decked out in white blazers as a green screen transports them to the beach, the desert, the sky and an inflatable pool. It’s a trippy, kaleidoscopic collage that may or may not be Mooney’s character’s bizarre daydream. Or, perhaps, the Stepkids are the ones directing the whole thing and Mooney is just along for the ride. Check it out, below.

This isn’t the first time The Stepkids have worked with a comedy talent: Jonathan Arons, who made a name for himself on “America’s Got Talent” and “The Tonight Show,” appeared in the band’s video for “The Lottery” earlier this year, while former “Daily Show” correspondent Wyatt Cenac made a cameo in the band’s video for “Legend In My Own Mind.”
