After launching his North American #TRUETOUR in New England earlier this month, Avicii will return the region this summer for a performance at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville on Friday, June 27 at 9 p.m.

Tickets, which cost $99, $79 and $59, go on sale Friday, April 25 at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster.

Kicking off his tour at TD Garden in Boston on April 10, the EDM sensation (real name Tim Bergling) has already played Pheonix, Houston and Chicago. He’s set to perform at the Barclay’s Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. the day after the Mohegan Sun Concert.

Avicii exploded onto the EDM scene in 2011 with his global smash,  “Le7els.” He released his debut album, “True,” in September. The album features songwriting collaborations with Westport resident and Chic co-founder Nile Rodgers and country-pop singer/songwriter Mac Davis, along with guest spots from Imagine Dragons, Aloe Blacc, Adam Lambert and bluegrass singer Dan Tyminski.
