Pelto, a Thorn In Rell’s Side, Quantifies The Big Retirement Incentive Plan

Jonathan Pelto, a former Democratic lawmaker who is a political consultant, recently filed for a potential annuity with the State Elections Enforcement Commission over alleged in-kind contributions to Gov. Jodi Rell’s exploratory political campaign made by Ken Dautrich, a UConn professor who led a $220K, state-funded “study” of the state budget.

Now, Pelto has broken down the recent Retirement Incentive Program by state agency, cross checking hundreds of names. What does this mean? Now’s a good time for a potential entry-level employee, maybe a recent UConn grad who’s turned their parents’ basement into a bunker during this rancid economy, to apply for a job.
