		<description>I believe that they were following protocol and sitting in their &quot;Constitutional order.&quot;  That is, the order in which the offices appear in Article IV of the CT State Constitution and Article I of the Amendments to the CT State Constitution.  It goes: SOTS, Treasurer, Comptroller, AG. They even speak in this order at joint events.  Their official state vehicle license plates are, I believe, 3 through 6.</description>
