 The independent U.S. Chemical Safety Board (CSB), which was prevented by state and local police from investigating the scene of the February 7 power plant explosion in the initial days after the blast that killed six in Middletown, will make a presentation Tuesday morning to the General Assembly’s Energy and Technology Committee. The meeting will be held at 9 a.m. in Room 1D of the Legislative Office Building.
