It’s hard to make those news releases sing and it took a while for the Blogster to suss out Rich Harris, Gov. Rell’s designated pit bull, as an alliterative wordsmith. Nestled in yesterday’s otherwise mundane release on panel charged with expediting delays in construction projects, is this gem of a quote from the governor: “We cannot afford to have projects stall or workers sit idle while business managers and state bureaucrats tango through a tangle of bureaucratic red tape.”
