Marsh Gets Past LWV Gatekeepers. Will Participate in Three “League” Gubernatorial Throwdowns

Tom Marsh, the Chester first selectman and Independent candidate for governor, just announced that the League of Women Voters of Connecticut has invited him to participate in three debates, including October 7 in the Portuguese Cultural Center in Danbury; October 21 in the  Ferguson Library on Bedford Street in Stamford; and October 28 in the Klein Memorial Auditorium in Bridgeport. That’s in addition to other debates and candidate forums, including September 28 with ConCAnn, the organization for improving public education; October 6 before the  Connecticut Conference of Municipalities; October 19 with the American Institute of Architects; October 20 at the University of Connecticut in Storrs; and October 29, sponsored by the NAACP.
