Bridgeport Mayor Bill Finch and the Democratic Town Commuittee backed Ned Lamont in the Democraticgubernatorial primary. Rep. Chris Caruso, one of Dan Malloy’s biggest supporters in the state’s biggest city, was just named to be a special advisor to Malloy on urban issues within the state Department of Economic and Community Development.
