It’s Cecil Young, not Gov. Dannel Malloy, who’s toothless

You couldn’t get any more off the point than Cecil Young, the long-time activist and former city sheriff who was first in line for Gov. Dannel Malloy’s town hall meeting in Bridgeport. He pulled out his bridge of teeth to ramble off into the never-ending story of his attempt to get dental coverage. “Put your teeth back in and I’ll answer your question,” Malloy replied. As Bridgeport Mayor Bill Finch stood helpless and Malloy advisor Roy Occhiogrosso popped a synapse or two, Cecil, a failed whistleblower, was eventually persuaded to yield.
