Lt. Gov. Nancy Wyman is in the depths of her first protracted Senate debate. It began at 4:18. It is now 11:32, with no end in sight. First-term Sen. Len Suzio, R-Wallingford just stood to speak on the GOP budget alternative and said it was nice to see her up at the presiding podium.
“Thank you senator,” Wyman lied, with a grin. “It’s great to be here.”
