The marijuana-decriminalization legislation, SB 1014, will come before the Finance Committee on Tuesday, so Sen. Antonietta Boucher, R-Wilton, a committee member vehemently opposed to the bill, can warm up her filibuster chops in advance of the expected protracted Senate debate.
