Secretary of the State Denise Merrill prepared to send ‘peacekeepers’ to Bridgeport mayoral primary

|

Secretary of the State Denise W. Merrill said Tuesday that her office is prepared to both participate in Friday’s Superior Court hearing and to monitor the city during the primary day festivities between Democratic Mayor Bill Finch and challenger Mary-Jane Foster.

“Having read some of the back and forth, our office is fully authorized to come into the polling places on the 27th” she said. “At this point, we think it’s better that the visits we make are ad hoc and unannounced. But we’re fully prepared to exert our power.”

thank heavens. I have worked at the polls in Bridgeport and saw many many laws broken – when I called them out I was shot right down. They KNOW how to steal elections. They are pros.
