GOP state chairman sees happy days ahead

Jerry Labriola, Republican State Central Committee chairman, said Monday that he’s sure that the party will emerge strong from the Senate primary as well as primaries for the 5th and 2nd congressional districts.

“While there may be some wounds to heal, I’m confident that we will be united and well funded as a party this fall, because the stakes are that high,” Labriola said Monday. “With Connecticut’s economy in the dumps and our ineffective all-Democrat delegation continuing to let us down, it’s vital that we give Connecticut a voice in the pro-growth Republican majority in Washington.”
