Ying and Yang. Sen Andrew Roraback, the GOP-endorsed 5th CD candidate, agrees a lot is at stake today

Roraback, R-Goshen, like Speaker of the House Chris Donovan, the Democratic-endorsed nominee in a three-way congressional primary today, is facing multiple challenges in the 5th Congressional District’s four-way GOP primary. Here’s his statement from yesterday about what’s at stake:

“Republican primary voters have an opportunity to vote for a winning
candidate who already has Democrats on the run. The more than $200,000
spent over the weekend by an out-of-state Democratic Super PAC running
false ads trying to defeat me can fast become wasted money when voters
support someone with honesty and integrity, who has been fully vetted
and who has a long track record of being faithful to core Republican
principles of smaller government, lower taxes, and fiscal
responsibility. That candidate is Andrew Roraback.”
