CCSU “shooter” scare turns into criminal tresspass, police say

This from Central Connecticut State University Police Chief Chris Cervoni:

“On November 5, 2013 at 3:00pm David Kyem, the subject of the Central Connecticut State University campus emergency of November 4, was arrested at CCSU Police Department for Criminal Trespass in the first degree. Kyem had previously been warned not to return to campus until he had met with staff in CCSU’s office of Student Conduct. Kyem was spotted on campus and in James Hall at about 1:14pm today, Tuesday, November 5, 2013. Kyem was given a written promise to appear with the same court date of the previous arrest: November 14, 2013. Kyem was advised verbally and in writing not to come back on campus until meeting with CCSU Director of Student Conduct Chris Dukes.”
