The state Supreme Court’s website indicates that Lopez v. Board of Education, in which the credentials of Bridgeport School Supt Paul Vallas were challenged by Carmen Lopez, a former state Superior Court judge from Bridgeport, is decided and that a decision will be released at 11:30 this morning.
