State Sen Carlo Leone is happy that Pitney Bowes is staying in Stamford

“Pitney Bowes has been a longstanding good corporate citizen of Stamford, and I am very glad to hear that they will not only remain in our city, but will also be creating 200 new jobs right here in Connecticut. This decision speaks to the state’s commitment to our business community and to growing our economy on an ongoing basis,” Leone, D-Stamford, said in a statement.

Pitney Bowes announced today that it will add 200 new jobs to its existing 1,600 employees in Connecticut as part of a new plan to invest $25 million for infrastructure, training and technology.
