On Thursday at noon, the governor will scoot over to East Hartford’s Connecticut Hydroponic Farm, for a meet-and-greet and tour of the repairs made after February’s blizzard that dumped more than three feet of snow across much of the state and damaged the farm’s greenhouses. It was recently one of the 239 farms in Connecticut that received PLANT grants from the Production Loss Assistance Needed Today program. The governor created the program this year with the state Department of Agriculture.
