At 10 a.m. Gov. Dannel P. Malloy will join 390 students in an opening ceremony at the Connecticut River Academy’s new building in East Hartford. The three-year-old natural-sciences and environmental-studies magnet high school is affiliated with Goodwin College and located on its campus on Riverside Drive. The school had previously been housed in temporary locations on the campus.
