Senate approves minimum wage phase-in after 3.5 hrs of debate: 21-14

Democratic Sen. Joan Hartley of Waterbury voted with minority Republicans in the 21-14 vote with one missing, Republican Jason Welch of Bristol. Under a suspension of the rules, the bill now goes to the House.
