You know Gov. Dan Malloy as the perpetual-motion machine, flitting around the state on a daily basis. Well, he and wife Cathy are heading to Florida for some “previously scheduled personal time” and will be gone from this afternoon until Sunday morning. So he’ll be back in time for the big parade for the double-NCAA Champion Huskies on Sunday afternoon. After all, what elected official, in an election year, would miss an opportunity to bask in the reflected golden glory of the hoopsters?
