State Rep. Bruce Morris (D-Norwalk), chairman of the Black and Puerto Rican Caucus, has set Jan. 21 for a public hearing on potential legislative priorities. The event, in which people are invited from throughout the state, will take place from 4 to 8 p.m. in Room 1-D of the Legislative Office Building. Members of the caucus are asking for suggestions to possibly become part of their legislative agenda, Participants may sign up starting at 3 p.m. on the 21st, a Wednesday.
