One hundred and 50 years after Abraham Lincoln was assassinated in Washington, Gov. Malloy has ordered state flags to be displayed at half-staff in accordance with a National Day of Remembrance. President Barack Obama has ordered that U.S. flags fly at half-staff from sunrise to sunset.
