Minority Republicans tomorrow will unveil their alternative budget, during an 11 o’clock news conference in the Legislative Office Building. This year’s version is called Blueprint for Prosperity and it will be the product of weeks of behind the scenes projections, estimates and priorities. House Minority Leader Themis Klarides, R-Derby, with join Senate Minority Leader Len Fasano, R-North Haven and a cavalcade of Republicans for the event, scheduled for Room 1-E.
