Nestled in the budget implementer on the Senate floor Monday night, is a ceremonial naming of the newish food-service kiosk located on the third floor of the Legislative Office Building. It’s being called the “First in Flight Café” to honor the alleged first powered flight by Gustave Whitehead in Bridgeport “and to commemorate the Connecticut aviation and aerospace industry.”
