Flags to fly at half-staff through Saturday

flagIn response to a proclamation from the president, Governor Dannel P. Malloy today ordered that U.S. and state flags should continue flying at half-staff through sunset on Saturday, July 25. It’s to honor the four military members slain in the Chattanooga, Tennessee shooting that’s being called an incident of domestic terrorism. On Monday the governor initially ordered flags lowered to honor the victims.
