Part Two of Vallas evaluation postponed a week

|

BRIDGEPORT — When it became clear the city school board couldn’t cover all the questions they had for Interim Schools Superintendent Paul Vallas in one night last Thursday, they left the meeting planning to meet again on Monday, Feb. 4.

 That has changed.

The board was to have Student Achievement committee meeting  in its place. Now that has been scratched too.

The superintendent’s Q&A will be held at 5:30 p.m. Monday, Feb.11, prior to the board’s monthly meeting which starts at 6:30 p.m. at the Aquaculture Center, 60 St. Stephen’s Road.

Kelleher said the next step will be to schedule an executive session of the board to go over individual evaluations and mold them into a concensus. No word on how long that will take.
