Anti-Binge drinking campaign hits Sacred Heart

|

imagesFAIRFIELD – Students at Sacred Heart University will hold a variety of events this spring encouraging their peers to avoid binge drinking.

The first event is today at 7:00 p.m. during “Pack the Pitt” in William H. Pitt Center. Called LessThanUThink (LTUT) the campaign seeks to raise awareness of the negative social implications of binge.

Next Wednesday, Feb. 12, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., students will sponsor their second event, a Beach Party, outside of Outtakes and will distribute gifts while keeping in line with LTUT’s focus on humorous messaging.

To learn more about the progression of SHU’s campaign initiatives, follow LTUT on Twitter @LTUThink and #LTUTSHU.
