The ongoing employment discrimination lawsuit filed by NBA security official Kelley Hardwick against UConn coach Geno Auriemma, USA Basketball and the NBA went another round today when attorneys for Auriemma and USA Basketball withdrew their respective motions to dismiss.

The attorneys now have until Dec. 11 to respond to the amended complaint that was filed by Hardwick’s attorney’s Oct. 24.
