Mosqueda-Lewis Helps U.S. Defeat Brazil At WUG

UConn All-American Kaleena Mosqueda-Lewis had 11 points (4-of-7 FG), six rebounds and three steals in 18 minutes to lead the U.S. to a 105-75 victory over Brazil today in its final game of the preliminary round at the World University Games in Kazan, Russia.

Fellow UConn All-American Bria Hartley added nine points, four rebounds, two assists and one steal in 21 minutes.

The U.S. (3-0) clinched the No. 1 seed in Group B and will face Sweden (2-1) in the quarterfinals Friday at 2:30 a.m.
