Bria Hartley had 17 points, three rebounds, four assists and four steals to lead No. 1 UConn to a 70-49 victory over Ohio State Sunday before 1,134 in the final game of the Hall of Fame Challenge at the Mass Mutual Center.
The Huskies (9-0) have won 53 straight games and 18 straight championships during in-season tournaments dating back to a 57-37 loss to Vanderbilt in the first round of the Hilton Head Shootout Dec. 29, 1992.
Stefanie Dolson added 15 points, 13 rebounds, three assists and three blocks for UConn. Brianna Banks had 12 points and a career-high seven rebounds, while Breanna Stewart had with eight points (3-of-11 FG), nine rebounds and six blocks.
Moriah Jefferson finished with eight points, two rebounds, three assists and two steals.
Raven Ferguson led Ohio State (6-3) with 14 points and seven rebounds.
